I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and offered a great view of the harbor, but the noise from the lobby was a bit bothersome. The service was wonderful from arrival to departure, although disturbances in the morning were a downside. The location was superb, near everything the harbor had to offer, while the dining experience was exceptional. However, some noisy and unprofessional moments impacted the overall stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a great view and a very comfortable bed. However, the restrooms on the 1st floor were deplorable, and there was a mix-up with my billing being charged to two incorrect accounts, none of which were mine.
