I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and offered a great view of the harbor, but the noise from the lobby was a bit bothersome. The service was wonderful from arrival to departure, although disturbances in the morning were a downside. The location was superb, near everything the harbor had to offer, while the dining experience was exceptional. However, some noisy and unprofessional moments impacted the overall stay.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, though noise from the street can be a drawback. The service is exceptional, offering a range of amenities and attentive staff. The dining options are varied but may not suit everyone's preferences.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a great view and a very comfortable bed. However, the restrooms on the 1st floor were deplorable, and there was a mix-up with my billing being charged to two incorrect accounts, none of which were mine.
The hotel provides double beds instead of the requested king bed, making for a cramped and warm room. The location is excellent, offering easy access to the harbor attractions and convention center, but dining options are pricey and sometimes serve cold meals.
